SHIPPING POLICY

1. ROUTE PACKAGE PROTECTION

Route Package Protection protects things that have been lost, stolen, or damaged that meet the following requirements. Due to uncertainty, we are very pleased to now offer our customers this package insurance.

2. ORDER TRACKING

When you buy something from Jeanius, you’ll receive an order confirmation email with tracking information. You may check the tracking number at your respective courier's website.

3. RECEIVED WRONG ITEM

There are several steps that you must follow here:

  • First, capture the wrong item that you received.

  • Second, capture the invoice that you got during the purchasing period.

  • Third, send the details and the photos captured to the email, jeaniusiium@gmail.com

  • Forth, your request will be processed prior to 3 days (during weekdays only).  

4. INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING

As for now, we do not ship our products to other countries yet.

RETURNS POLICY

Jeanius offers free returns for most items that are unused, undamaged, and in their original packaging within 14 days of purchase.

Email jeaniusiium@gmail.com to get a refund! Please ensure that all things must be new, undamaged, and in their original packaging.
